SIZE GUIDE
Every AETH piece is engineered for performance. Finding your perfect fit starts here.
Where to Find Your Size Chart
Every product on the AETH website includes a detailed size chart directly on its product page. Before adding any item to your cart, simply scroll down on the product page and you'll find a complete size table with all measurements for every available size — from XS to XXL.
We've made sure that every chart is specific to that garment, because a legging and a hoodie don't fit the same way. Never assume your size in one category matches another — always check the chart for that specific product.
How to Measure Yourself
To get the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring three key areas of your body before checking the size chart. Use a soft measuring tape and measure directly against your body.
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Breathe normally — don't expand your chest.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape comfortably snug, not tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Stand with your feet together for the most accurate result.
Between Two Sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit during training. Our pieces are designed to move with your body — a slightly roomier fit will never compromise performance, but a size too small might limit your range of motion.
Pro tip: For compression-style pieces like leggings or sports bras, sizing down gives a more sculpted, second-skin feel. For tops, hoodies, and outerwear, sizing up gives a cleaner silhouette and better freedom of movement.
Men's vs Women's Sizing
Men's and women's pieces have separate size charts, each tailored to the specific cut and fit of that garment. Always check the chart on the product page you're viewing — never assume your size in one category matches the other.
Our women's pieces are designed with a body-contouring cut that follows natural curves, while men's pieces are engineered with broader shoulder allowances and a more structured silhouette.
Regional Sizing
Our sizing is designed to be consistent and reliable, but we always recommend checking the measurements in centimeters on the product page rather than relying solely on the size label (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL), as sizing conventions can vary significantly between regions and brands. The number never lies — the label might.
